Fire extinguishers are mandatory in all cars that will see the track and should probably be mandatory in all street cars. No one wants to watch their car burn to the ground without the ability to do anything about it. Unlike most other extinguisher mounts available on the market, the Rennline mount is made from the highest grade aircraft aluminum and installs directly to the factory seat, without any compromise in seat travel or legroom. It's accepts any 2.5lb fire extinguisher and meets the requirements of most major racing series and organized track events. Each kit comes complete with the mount, all necessary hardware, and detailed installation instructions.
This model fits all 997 and 987 models, but does *not* fit vehicles equipped with sport adaptive seats or side-mounted seats.
