Champion Motorsport Limited Warranty
Champion Motorsport Inc, warrants to the original purchaser that its wheels will be free from structural and materials defects for two years and free from cosmetic and workmanship defect under normal and reasonable use for a period of one year.
Champion Motorsport’s sole obligation under this Warranty is limited to the repair or, at Champion Motorsport’s option, replacement without charge except for transportation of any wheel which in Champion Motorsport’s sole opinion is defective in materials and workmanship.
This Warranty shall not apply to any matter not covered above and shall in no event apply to:
1. Any defect, malfunction or failure caused by damage to wheels in transit, off highway use, or abuse, misuse, accident or negligence.
2. Wheels that have been altered or repaired.
3. Wheels that have not been installed in accordance with Champion Motorsport’s instructions or which have been installed on incorrect tire sizes or used with excessive vehicle loads.
4. Wheels that have been mounted with other than Champion Motorsport approved accessories including, but not limited to center caps.
5. Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to use of any cleaning agent other than non-abrasive soap and water, climate conditions or neglect.
6. Appearance defects in wheels that have been mounted after purchase or have been sold as a blemished product.
7. Any damage resulting from mounting equipment, incorrect installation, maintenance or repair from attachments or accessories not approved by Champion Motorsport.
8. Tire to fender clearances and/or tire to suspension clearances.
